    The training for those who work in the call center is quite comprehensive, but once you move on from that there are no formal training programs on the corporate side. Everything must be learned from shadowing other employees - it really limits the amount that you can contribute in your first 6 months of a new position.

    Training is done on ship by another paramedic. Its usually they're last week on the ship, don't care much to show you as they are just happy to get off.
