Best: good vacation time about 20 days PTO and you can borrow time in advance. Worst: insurance benefits are sparse and not worth the premiums.
The benefit package that they offer for healthcare is overly expensive for what you get. They do not include dental or vision. That a separate plans that cost even more. They talk a big game about how they are looking for better plans, but I found better on the open market.
Best = vacation and flexible working, health savings account Worst = poor 401K match & high deductible health insurance
it is costly and not a good value for the price
