Just began matching 401k. Pretty good POS health plan, and the company pays a lot of the employee only premium. Vision and Dental fully paid for by the company. Paid time off could be better.
Excellent benefits program. Active in just 60 days. One of the best programs I have experienced at a company.
They have have 401 K, health, Dental, vision that is taken out of the base salary. There is also a financial adviser available if you choose the option.
Overall the benefits package is a little better than basic. The company offers a 401k which is great but does not provide any company match. The health insurance is very expensive and the company "discount" only applies to the direct employee cost per month and not to the employee's family if the employee selects employee + family for coverage.
