401k and insurance could be better for a company this large
Flexible with work/family balance. Medical Benefits are expensive and a high deductible of about $6k.

My deductible for basic medication or trips to my doctor was minimal or nothing at all. They paid a large portion of whatever bill i had.
As with most companies the benefits are getting worse each year.
Decent benefits, choice of health plans
The benefits were good and comparable to other companies although somewhat expensive.
it caver all your medical insurance but the price went up this year. so, if you want a full coverage to need to pay more than $100 every check.
It seemed to me that the last run of probuild benefits, prior to being bought out and taken over by builders first source were structured by the company to benefit those within the upper echelon rather than those that really needed good benefits.
