    Pretty good vacation and sick time 2 weeks vacation to start and 7 sick days. Its on a point system so if you have a .25 of sick you loose it cause you can only take increments of 4 I believe.

    Hearsay is the con is that leave must be spent...even if you were not able to get the time off. Seems like Papa Fidelity could work something out like rolling unused leave hours into the 401k annually, even unmatched.
