Very limited amount of benefits considering their overall revenue. Below average PTO (13). No sick leave. Could be better.
CoPay for Health insurance, HSA not suitable
If I could give a 0 I would. Shameful PTO and health benefits. Zero good...leadership sees nothing but costs when considering time off and health benefits.
The 401K match is minuscule particularly given that the funds they use are high fees. You essentially end up with a 1% match. The time off is laughable(two weeks!) It's an H-1 visa factory so they treat folks like they are indentured.
PTO is 2 weeks per year for salaried employees only (not hourly), and sick-leave, and holidays come out of this time.
The amount of time off is lacking compared to others in the industry.
Company has to work on more benefits for its employees to keep them more motivated.

As I am a contract . I won't get any benefits when compared to full-time employee.
