Benefits are really robust, especially considering that the company is under 50 employees (more expensive per head to insure). There's health, dental, vision, life, LT + ST disability, life insurance, 401k, LifeLock and unlimited vacation policy... plus some other company-paid that I may be forgetting.
For being a smaller company, the benefits were good and the vacation time about average for most companies. The company did take employees out of the office for bonding and social activities together frequently, which made for a fun environment.
401K is matched which is awesome. Not the first I've come across that does this.
Flex schedules, 401K matching, fully stocked kitchen, annual bonuses, vacation/PTO time.
Great 401K matching, standard health package, stocked kitchen, bonus program, and decent vacation time.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
