    Their health insurance plan seems better than most in the area as far as deductibles and premiums, includes dental and vision

    Have to get healthcare where you work. HIPAA isn't enforced. No out of area coverage AT ALL. Pray you don't have an accident while out of town. College students essentially pay for everything out of pocket, since it's not worth coming home to get your strep throat antibiotic.

    As with most companies--not what your parents had but average. Only negative would be that in the past recent years increases to rates have outpaced raises.
