    Their vacation and sick time accrual seems low compared to my previous employers, but not a major draw back

    I thought their vacation and sick accruals were above the national average. You can roll them over from year to year and I never had a time where I couldn't take time off.

    You have to use an ETO day before a sick day. Essentially no one is ever sick for 1 day.

    Vacaion time fair, could be better. 1st day of call off comes out of vacation time, 2nd day out of sick time. Sick time is very low

    The paid time off is very generous however it can not be used in a emergency situation they will hold you accountable for absent days.

    ETO adds up quickly even for entry level employees. Part time staff also receive ETO.
