Recently revamped the benefits and they've improved 3 weeks vacation + 1 week sick 8% 401K Match 100% Paid Training
Benefits are standard benefits. Company covers the basic plan but the rest of the plans are highly priced. The contribution to 401k is nice. Gives a little start to those who don't have a retirement plan in the works. Short Term and Long Term Disability offered but at cost to employee. Tuition assistance if going into related field that will benefit comany
pay is above average (if you negotiate!), 2 weeks paid vacation and 1 week of sick days per year for 1st 5 years, 10 paid holidays per year, annual bonus (based on % of your hours you charged to government contract), 401k (company profit based) vested 20% per year after 1st year of emplyment, health insurance is average (premiums and coverage not poor but not great).
