Benefits are a plus with this company. You're offered medical, dental, and vision. The 401K is matched by 4% after your first year and paid time off accumulates quite fast. At the beginning of each year employees receive sick and float time to use before using your PTO.

The benefits, once they are granted, are really good. The downside is that a large portion of employees are initially hired in a part-time, unbenefitted status and it could take a while before being converted to a benefitted status.
