The 401K matching is great.
High deductible, only offers one insurance company.
the best or worst thing about the benefits package at ProTransport-1 is how bad the kaiser insurance is, have fun with those co-pays.
They charge out the nose for insurance/benefits and you have the highest deductible plan offered by Kaiser. Their reasoning behind this was it would motivate more employees to sign up in order to get a better plan next year. It never happened.
The best thing is that the benefit encompass almost everything. The worst is that there are high deductibles on the health insurance.

They have a 401k and health benefits. They also celebrate your birthday and decorate you cubicle. Very friendly atmosphere.

The medical benefits are ok.. for just me on the lower level for Kaiser it was about $40 per paycheck and adding vision was only a few dollars more...... Beware of how they handle vacations and PTO.... you will not get any time off approved if you don't have PTO available so, in other words if you need to leave early one day you don't have the option of doing so without using your PTO which makes it hard to save that up if you are planning a trip ,which also won't get approved if you don't have the time accrued already so if you are planning some big vacation for 6 months out I don't know what to tell you about booking it ... it's ridiculous really..... and there's a stupid point system for days off or out .. like if your kid gets sick at school and you have to leave or if you get sick and have to leave it's like a point against you ... if you don't call in 2 hours before your shift it's like 2 points against you ...so let's say you go outside to leave for work and your car words start.. likely it isn't 2 hours before your shift so you'll get those negative points for that...
