great company with great benefits
The ability to use sick/personal time was almost impossible. It was very hard to get the employee discount at other hotels. The health insurance was a reasonable price for a good plan.
The worst part about the benefits package at the Procaccianti Group is that they gave you a very hard time about taking time off. Also there insurance packages were not that good high deductibles. Although the lunch was free there were gambles at times with how fresh or good it was. Also the family dinners were only during the day so night time workers could not participate and lunch/dinner provided. Only good thing about family dinners they had roughly 6 gift cards each time that every one could win.
-2 weeks vacation after one full year of service -Health benefits after 60 days -Performance incentives but mostly for sales only
High cost for level of benefits. Perk vision available.
I love it. Very few companies offer benefits right now. We get Vacation, Sick Days, Holidays. Medical Insurance, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD Life, Identity Theft, FSA, DCA, 401K and many other soft benefits.
aside from it being expensive I never had an issue
5 sick days for 1st year of employement, 2 weeks vacation after 1 year of employment, 401k match after 1 year of employment, 6 Paid holidays annually
Fair employee discount program, but far from the best; 401k matching up to 3%; Paid sick/holiday/vacation for full-time employees; health, dental and vision benefits
The worst benefit is Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance. It may be one of the largest, but it is one of the most expensive. Out of pocket is never really clear.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
