The unlimited Vacation, 401K, stock options, and health insurance are amazing!! The insurance rate for a PPO for a family of four is really affordable and there are a good number of doctors in network. The unlimited vacation is wonderful as you don’t have to accumulate hours, but of course, you get what you give, this is still based off performance and productivity in your role and you can’t really be taking too much of time off that equals unlimited per se, but there is still room to take more than the traditional 1 or 2 week paid vacation, and you don’t really get a lot of slack about it. As long as you work hard and are a team player, and are hitting your role expectations and metrics, Procore is really understanding about taking time off and being with family-that is what I love the most! Procore has amazing family and employee values, and an amazing culture that is still being kept intact even at the rate they are growing into!
