    Procter and Gamble offers wonderful maternity and paternity leave benefits, and they treat adoption the same as a natural birth.

    Maternity leave recently updated to 16 weeks paid (also applies to adoption). Paternity/partner leave is 4 weeks paid. Great for an American company.
