Generous profit sharing plan in lieu of 401(k) matching
retirement plan good and stable
Procter and Gamble's retirement is both stock, and 401(k). I also believe that they offer profit sharing, just in case the other stuff wasn't enough.
After 4 decades I have over $2 million. Newer employees do not get the same plan I had. I was lucky.
It's good, but you have to put in a year before you can start your 401K plan.

Profit sharing continues to decrease for every new group of employees. One of our former CEOs was even quoted as saying we are not in the business of making our employees millionaires.
