As one of Chicago's top places to work, PE really strives to provide best in class benefits for our employees. A few of our key benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Commuter, and a generous PTO policy.
There are plenty of decent benefits that are worth it.
Lots of social benefits as well, like events, game night, kegs, and multiple company parties per year.
I feel everything that's offered is actually a benefit.
There's very little positive about it. Humana doesn't actively come to your home to deny you medications, I suppose.
The benefits package at Productive Edge (both when I started and when I left) was fairly basic in its provisions. PTO, sick time, health/dental/vision insurance, ability in some cases to work from home, etc. The best was the unlimited sick time, the worst was that the rules changed in the middle of the year when they finally instituted the HR Policies. Traditionally, you would expect that sufficient information would be given about the changes about 6 months prior to the changes taking effect, but the policy changes were effective immediately.
The healthcare benefits were more expensive and had lesser perks than individual plans obtained directly through insurance providers.
