    Insurance was a little high and while I was there they restructured the plan and we had to pay even more out of pocket.

    The benefits package is terrible. It consists of overpriced health insurance options (avg annual cost for family is in the ten thousand range). And you don't qualify until you've worked for 6 months full-time.

    All they offer is health insurance and you have to work 30 hours a week or you have to pay full price to keep it.

    Terrible benefits - you are better off getting your own healthcare plan online. No 401k, terrible vacation and holiday policy, non transparent bonus plans (HR won't tell you how they come up with your bonus). Also, there is no parking so have fun figuring out how to get to work. You can put your name on a waiting list for a paid parking spot which can take years to become available. And then you have to pay to go to work.

    The company would hire nurse, promising them health insurance as soon as they were working full time hours. Then the company would say that all field nurses were hired prn, and would refuse insurance even though the nurse consistently worked full time hours.

    There were no benefits offered at all. Towards the end of my employment they were beginning to speak of PTO.

    The PTO and personal day are a nice benefit and pretty generous. Unfortunately the cost for Health Insurance at this company is really high. Really hard to afford if you have a family. Would be great to offer tuition assistance or training opportunities.

    only benefit is health insurance and only offered every 6 months. The price of plans are so high that its cheaper to just pay cash for doctor visits.
