Employer Summary

Paid Holiday Time – the Company provides 7 paid holidays per year, including: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Company-Paid Medical Insurance – the medical insurance premium is free to the employeethe first of the month coinciding with 60 days of employment. The family cost for coverage is a maximum of $115 bi-weekly. The yearly deductible is $500 for in-network. If your family doctor,pediatrician, or gynecologist is a network provider, wellness visits are covered at 100% with no deductible applied.

Dental – our dental plans range from $4.75-$14.15 bi-weekly, depending on the plan chosen by the employee.

Life Insurance – the Company provides life insurance beginning at $10,000, at no cost, to all full-time employees.

Paid Sick and Vacation Leave – the Company provides up to 40 hours of vacation and 40 hours of sick paid leave for the first two years of employment. Additional time is granted after 2 calendar years of employment.

Short Term/Long Term Disability – we understand that medical emergencies happen, so we provide long term and short term disability protection for full-time employees at a low cost.

Thrift Club – after 6 months of employment, our employees can request to withhold any amount they choose from their pay and deposit it into a savings account.

Profit Sharing – all employees at least 18 years of age and that have worked 1,000 hours during a year of employment are eligible for the Company Profit Sharing Plan.

401k Company Match – all employees at least 18 years of age and that have worked 1,000 hours during a year of employment are eligible for the 401k plan. The Company will match bi-weekly the amount of your contribution dollar-for-dollar up to 3% and 50% of the next 2% of your eligible compensation.
