PRC offered 401k matching to eligible employees at the time I was there. They provided paid time off and company holidays. I did not receive health benefits through them, but I do know the premiums were extremely high for many of the individuals who were employed.
PTO is good. However, the vision, dental, and especially the medical benefits packages are bad! I paid almost $300 a month for health insurance for just myself and my son.
Poor pay for work that was required! Management would yell when deadlines were not met! They did not care if we were short of help. A lot of favortism
What they have, no one can afford! They can say they offer them, but if you can't afford over $1800 a month for coverage, what difference does it make?
