Solid package after 30 and 60 days. 401k could be better and it would be great if the employees had option for equity in the firm.
5 sick days and 7 vacation days (first year). Good health insurance, poor 401k plan, give out free wines sometime.
There is a tiered structure for your sick/vacation days, where an employee in their first year will only get 5 sick days and 7 vacation days. If you make it past your first year and stay 1 - 5 years, you get bumped up to 12 vacation days. The next tiers (increments of 5 years) will only give you 2 extra vacation days per tier, so you max out at 16 vacation days.
No match on 401k. Makes it really difficult to save for retirement. Company constantly shops health insurance so premium cost is low/good. But you have to notify doctors of changing insurance almost every year.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
