On site gym, free chair massages a few times a year, free coffee and espresso machines, on site cafe, fresh fruit delivered weekly, birthday off, multiple health plans to choose from but they are leaning towards the high deductible type or cost sharing. Not sure how rates compare to other employers' plans.
