Perks/benefits at Progress rank right up there with most companies. Allow for pretty good work/life balance. Plenty of eats should you forget bringing a lunch or don't feel like going out. Health insurance plan is ideal for me but I don't really use it that often.

The benefits are comparable to other companies in the area. However, the trend is to put more responsibility on the employee with more out of pocket expenses for ailments. Preventative care has little cost, but procedures have larger out of pocket expenses. For example: A normal colonoscopy with no issues detected is covered 100%, however if they have to remove any polyps, then it is considered a procedure and it is applied to your deductible.
Progress is a flexible company. They care about their people in the NC office and will make arrangements when the unexpected happens.

Good amount of vacation with unlimited sick time. 401k and stock options are good. Cigna as a health insurance plan is not optimal..
Great PTO, good health insurance options, tuition reimbursement, 401K, as well as identity theft and other life management benefits. Can bring your dog to work.
