“Accumulates over time. Bumps up at 5 and 15 years”
“six percent match fully vested day 1”
“Best thing is it covers dental. Worst thing is it's expensive.”
401k, Gainshare, good health benefits
Great benefits package overall -- generous paid time off, health insurance, 401k contribution, life insurance, dental & vision insurance, gym rebate
Gain share is an excellent profit sharing program
Cigna is the medical carrier as of January 2022- good coverage and the employee rates are very reasonable.
6% 401k match, decent medical and vision with good options for EAP mental health benefit. Could have more opportunities for tuition reimbursement and better options for HSA investments, but overall seems competitive for the industry
401K / Some portions of the insurance arent great
Full package 6% match, nice bonus system at end of year based on company performance
Best thing is will receive 30-days of paternity leave at full pay and next 30-days is at 60%, receive various workperks through variety of vendors, health insurance is solid, and vacation days will accrue fairly quickly, and they match 6% on the 401k. Worse thing is do not receive any discounts off auto insurance for the company and do not have many paid holidays.
It's good to have it
Paid time off is about 12.5 hours a month.
