Employer Summary

Employees at Progressive enjoy a wide range of benefits. We offer medical, dental and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan--with a 6% match. We also offer some unexpected benefits, such as seated massage, lactation rooms, on-site fitness centers ,and health clinics at our larger locations.

We even provide options to help you manage your work-life balance, including non-traditional schedules and work-from-home arrangements. Employees can also take part in a number of programs to succeed in their role and grow their career, including in-house training programs, mentorships, and tuition assistance. It's not surprise that we also offer free employee courses on how to improve their overall health, ranging from stress management to financial health.

And, there are a lot more benefits sprinkled into the mix.

Gainshare is nice but good luck if you get sick, you basically get in trouble for it

Basic benefits included for all employees (401k matched up to 6%, vision, dental, etc.), company performance-based bonus as the end of the year (depending on your position, it can be a percentage of your salary based on the company's success for the year), in-house performance rewards which may add a small bonus onto a paycheck

Gain share is nice if you make it through the whole year. Health insurance is pretty good but had an issue w/ Aetna dropping docs in our network, so ended up w/ a large bill. Dental is pretty standard. PTO is decent but could be better. PTO is lower than some of the larger companies. 401k match is above average and you are fully vested at 100% day 1.

Benefits are pretty standard for a big company. Health insurance, decent. 401k plan offers a decent match, time off benefits are average.
