Days off rolled over from year to year, which is nice to be able to save them up. However, if you wanted to use a chunk for an extended trip, management would make it difficult.
They are pricey but the coverage is great.
Vacation time is incurred very slowly. Most of my coworkers only had about 14 hours of vacation at any given time.
Decent amount of vacation time but they can do way better with the amount of money they profit.
