Best thing is the company absorbs the cost increases each year with our insurance. I wish we had more vacation time available.

the time off accrues at a pretty average rate, but the holidays and holiday pay, and the days off are nice. depending on the department, you could have every weekend off, or rotate saturdays or sundays
