Better than any other call center - medical, dental - even braces are covered. You get alot of time off, your birthday off, lots of prizes. After a year, you get time off to have a baby - both the mom and dad

Over the past two years I've been here, Progressive Leasing has automatically paid any increases in health insurance! They've also added MANY benefits, including an option to cover your pets with insurance!

Good, competitive benefits package that compares with other companies I have worked for. The financial contribution required is very competitive for health insurance. The 401k is fully vested and the company matches up to 5% The Dental insurance is not that good for family coverage as there is a lot of out of pocket expense for minimal work done to your teeth.

They offer tuition reimbursement, and help with infertility and adoption. I wish they offered longer Maternity Leave.

Best thing is the company absorbs the cost increases each year with our insurance. I wish we had more vacation time available.

401(k) is a 3% match after one year, health plans are okay, there are three to choose from. PTO is not great, 15 days per year including sick. 6 holidays per year. On site gym, discounted massages, fun atmosphere like game tables, sport court, free cereal & snacks.
