High monthly cost for family medical. No maternity/paternity leave pay (have to use accrued sick/PTO).
Highest match of 401(K) I've seen. Plus a profit sharing percentage. Options for both High Deductible and Standard Benefits. High cost to add dependents to coverage but almost free for employees. Includes vision and dental and orthodontia. Pharmacy benefit manager a little difficult to deal with.

Excellent medical insurance coverage at a minimal cost to the employee. Excellent retirement savings matching. No other benefits to employment with the company. All perks, Costco memberships, Health club fees removed as of 2010 due to the ACA in exchange for lower cost to the employee, and in exchange for regular annual wage increases.
It seems better than some companies.
