    22 PTO days accrued per year is the best part of the benefits package and the amount of days increases when you've been with the company for more than 5 years and 10 years. The 401(k) match percentage of 3% (50% of 6%) is very low for a company of this size (Fortune 100) and Prologis should change this to a minimum of 6-9% to stay competitive. Stock compensation benefits start at the Director level, which is also way behind other companies of similar size. These benefits should really start at the Associate or Manager level. Furthermore, there is no ESPP plan for Prologis employees, which would be a great addition to their benefits package. Health insurance benefits are terrible compared to other companies of the same size. The out of pocket costs for employees is high for any doctors visits beyond a normal annual checkup. I've heard of multiple colleagues with out-of-pocket costs in the thousands of dollar range for an unavoidable ER visit.

    Best, is 401K match, Worst, not allowed to work from home and most managers watch how much time you are in your chair. Most meetings start before 8am. Also worst: you will spend a fortune buying suits and ties to work here, no jeans allowed!

    Do not work for this place!!!!! I cannot stress this enough they will chew you up and spit you out without a second thought about you being loyal to them.

    The 22 days of PTO is amazing. Most departments are pretty flexible with work schedules, so that's a nice perk. Leadership goes above and beyond to create fun events onsite and offsite. The health benefits can use some work, however. There needs to be an HMO option like Kaiser. The PPO plan and the account-based plans are so expensive and have high deductibles and out of pocket costs. I wish they'd get rid of the best doctors plan and the teledoc services and compensate with better overall PPO and HMO options. I wish the 401k would match up to 5-6%. Overall, good benefits.

    Everything is great, just wish there were an HMO healthcare option like Kaiser (so much better than PPO) and wish we got more by way of commuter benefits.

    Plenty of vacation days. The deductibles and out of pocket maximums for health insurance seem very high. The employees of this company are much more valuable than they are paid. With today's cost of living, compensation needs to be increased across the board.
