Great health insurance and the dental is even better. Time off is reasonable and the company is flexible with time needed for family and/or sickness.
No benefits package, almost everyone is part time. Almost all federal holidays will be off. If you do have to work, you get time and a half.
Medical insurance, 401k, etc. are all very decent. Time off is a little tough to manage. Also not able to flex hours as much and no time off without vacation or sick time is permitted.
most only given at 20 hours or more, all offered to full time
There are some benefits if you work full time. But few full time positions are available. Many people are students, retired, have children and so only want part time. Some of these people have worked here for a long time.
Benefits for salaried workers are very attractive, however, they are not very helpful for hourly customer sercive employees. Employee's experience will vary greatly depending on their department.
There are no benefits for any position
