Benefits at Promiseship were better than Saint Francis Ministries
Benefits package is great. Health insurance has High deductibles but monthly contribution is low and access to BT doctors with no copays is awesome for the family. Affordable dental life and Vision. Very good vacation time and sick time I clueing a floating holiday. Flexible work schedule.
In addition to great medical and 401k benefits, the vacation accruals are great. Dental and vision could be better.
Best things are the vacation and sick pay, flexible schedules, and the insurance. Worst things includes that birth control is not covered and there isn’t tuition reimbursement.
The benefits was one of the biggest perks of working here. The health care benefits associated with Boys Town were incredible. The 401k matching and PTO were also generous.
- Flexible and affordable healthcare options through BCBS Nebraska - Up to a 6% employer match for the 401K plan - Excellent prescription coverage - Access to many other discounted programs for employees
Vacation adds up quickly and you start earning time off work right when you start. You have sick days, personal day, and vacation days which is more than many companies offer. Seems like you always have time off that you can use if you need it always accruing. Great medical Benefits and almost everything is covered 100% if you use a approved provider. Never had any issues with insurance not covering or taking care of something. 401 K plan has matching which is not something you see very often any more. Many positions at NFC allow flexibly work schedules and allow work at homes days.
No wait benefits. Health insurance costs are very reasonable and are excellent. I have had to have surgery and my total out of pocket cost was $40.
Great benefits! There are two different medical plans to choose from, vision, dental, 401(k) match up to 6%, company-provided life insurance, the use of doctors and the pharmacy at Boys Town at no charge and you start earning vacation time almost immediately. You can also get a discount on your cell phone plan through a couple of different carriers. There are also perks such as casual days, food trucks on site a couple times each month, fun activities such as picnics, off-site employee appreciation events and different get-togethers during work hours where food is provided. The coffee is free, too.
