Paid time off is quite generous after you worked for the firm for more than 3 years
Generous coverage and benefits. Never had an issue.
The benefits are very competitive and generous. However, it is hard to optimize on vacation time due to client demands.
Great health benefits, and very reasonable. 401k match is only at year-end.
excellent leave policy. the challenge is finding the time to take it.
The best part of the benefits package is the generous maternity leave policy.
Generous maternity leave program and employer-paid portion of healthcare premiums.
Base salary was good, insurance and retirement matching were above average, maternity leave is over-the-top generous. Bonus was shrinking, random, and not under the employee's control. No education assistance.
The 401(k) is a nice benefit. Also, the paid parental leave is very generous at 24 weeks. I'm not aware of a US firm that offers more paid time off. Working from home is an option for most people, at least on an occasional basis.
