Company had decent benefits. 401k, and ESPP. The ESPP was nice, as it saved me when I had to relocate.
stock options were very good after their ipo
Proofpoint offers comparable pay with some negotiation, good RSU package, ok health benefits and not so great education/401k or other benefits.
excellent benefits, matching 401k with a great ESPP program, they will award stock shares with 1,2,3 year vesting schedule
Good medical, poor 401(k) match
Employee Stock Purchase Plan is really great, especially with the stock continually rising. 401k matching starts this year (very small match, but it's a start). Unlimited PTO. Many groups participate in MBOs. C-level executives keep employees up-to-date on current and future status of the company and have really good energy.
Proofpoint offers great benefits that are evolving all the time to include the things that matter most to employees. The company surveys employees regularly and pays attention to what other tech companies are offering to be sure benefits stay competitive.
competitive options for benefit packages, good ESPP program, just announced 401k matching, unlimited PTO
On the plus side, there is "unlimited" time off. 401k match is around the corner. However, overall I find the benefits to be average with an slightly high monthly premium out of my check. Thus, the 2-star rating.
Too much red tape to get funding
