Propeller not only strives to be a great place to work, we strive to be a fun place to work. To do that, we offer the following:
Solid medical, dental and vision insurance, paid maternity and paternity leave + extras like gym and cell phone reimbursement and annual training allowance. The 401K contribution is a little slim, but Propeller recently became an ESOP which essentially functions as a retirement account and incentivizes employees to stay on with the firm.
The benefits are comprehensive including health, dental, disability, gym, parking, and retirement savings. The cost-sharing is fair, but not as nice as other places I have worked.
Best thing is time off and flexible work hours. Other benefits are straightforward and standard, nothing negative comes to mind. Could do with a better medical package.
Propeller thinks of everything - the benefits package is thorough, thoughtful, and competitive. Anything the employees could want or need is reflected in our benefits.
Propeller has a solid benefits package. There's no cap on yearly vacation, they have a thoughtful health benefits package, 401k match, have money to put toward each employees furthering education (education selected by the employee), and they continue to ask for feedback on how to improve their offering.
We do good work at Propeller- even when no one is watching. Sound underwhelming? Maybe, but it's the truth. We are a group of smart, compassionate, amazing people who are committed to our clients, our community and each other. And while we work hard to help solve some pretty complex problems, we know at the end of the day Leadership has our back, and that taking care of us and our families is a top priority. The benefits package at Propeller is pretty great...well let me be honest, it's really great. Here are some highlights: - Unlimited PTO (that's right- unlimited, with a minimum of 4.5 weeks) - Matching 401(k) plan with a great fund lineup - Health & dental coverage through an awesome provider. Oh, and Propeller pays 70% of your costs AND the cost of your dependents, spouse or domestic partner (same sex or not) - FSA and Dependent Care options - Employee Assistance Program - Life insurance, LTD & STD - Annual Trimet pass (you can ride the tram(!) and help save the planet) - Cell phone & fitness reimbursements - Maternity & paternity leave - Training plans designed specifically for you - Stocked fridge with plenty of snacks and beverages (hence the fitness reimbursement) - Amazing company events for you and your family - Understanding that your personal work-life balance is a priority. There is no dollar amount you can tie that one. The package is evolving, and growing, which means that Propeller is giving more to ensure that its employees are happy and healthy. And, Leadership listens. If there is a gap, a shortcoming or a missing link to your benefits they hear you, and do what they can to make it right. Keep up the great work Propeller!
The gym membership (loosely anything that is athletic) to counteract the never-ending jar of M&Ms and wasabi peas that call to me like sirens.
