Unless you are full time, there aren't any benefits packages. It takes a while to become a full time employee. There is a 401k and health insurance package. Both are pretty decent

There is barely a benefits package. It’s not worth it especially when the pay is so low

there really aren't any benefits, other than learning the ways around a hospital

The benefits of clinical experience and a letter of recommendation are great, but they are overshadowed by the company's poor management and training, unreasonable expectations, and low pay.

Paid training, no other benefits until you've worked over 6 months or unless you work full time.

    Easy to take time off

Best thing: Full medical dental and vision insurance after 90 days of full time employment. Worst thing: no medical benefits for part time employees.
