best is vision and health insurance. rarely had to pay much if any at all.
The health insurance plan at Prosperity Bank seems to be accepted most places, which is good, but the price you have to pay out of pocket at the medical providers seems to be steep despite the also steep cost that you pay into the plan.
Not the best insurance out there, but they make it up in all of their other incentives. Like the christmas gift cards, and bonuses (if the numbers are met)
Very expensive with lower quality coverage.
(PPO Plan) For employee only- $200/month for premiums; 70/30% coinsurance (in-network), 50/50% coinsurance (out of network), $3,000 deductible, $4,500 out of pocket max. For a family- almost $900/month premiums, same coinsurance, $6,000 deductible, (can't remember the out of pocket max) HMO plan is so terrible that you're better off self-insuring and paying the Obamacare penalty, so I'm not going to waste time even typing the costs.
Pay every 2 weeks and is not much. Depends on which one you pick of course.
I can't afford the health insurance
Pretty great, didn't have vision ins which would have been nice, but they did have health and dental for an affordable rate.
Only offer 1 kind - a PPO and it's expensive!
