good health insurance and 401 plan
The prices seem to be steep for what you have to pay out of pocket at the doctor. The 401(k) plan is pretty reasonable and the company matches 50 percent. Time off is pretty good as well. You start off with 2 weeks of vacation time.
They do not offer benefits to part time employees. They just give you what you are paid per hour.
High deductible and high monthly
They have many benefits but most of them I really don't know because the benefits are not offered to part-time employees.
The health benefits were pretty good. The 401k match was pretty good and overall vacation days were pretty good.
They match, I believe, dollar for dollar, up to $200 per month. They're basically giving you "free money" on top of your initial addition to your retirement
Health insurance for a family is very expensive.
Not the best or comparable
As a part time employee we were not entitled to any benefits. If there was a holiday, we were not paid. We weren't offered health insurance or retirement plans. Vacation days were allowed, we just were not paid for them.
