We provide our employees with a great benefits package, which includes: medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, paid time off (PTO), paid Family & Medical Leave for eligible employees, company holidays and your birthday off. We contribute to our employees’ health by providing onsite fitness center access.
Health insurance, 401k with very minimal matching (but anything is nice, given they are a startup), 15 days total of PTO/Sick days, flexible work from home options.
Birthday off! Paid time off for 3 weeks.
Medical benefits can be better.
For an internship, the company pays well and offers plenty of snacks and even lunches in the kitchens. There is no paid time off or paid holidays.
Holiday shutdowns and a Summer break
Great health benefits for medical, vision, and dental. Company puts great emphasis on Family and family time off is not fussed over.
All in all I think benefits are pretty generous. Medical insurance is really great. Other benefits are industry average or better.
401k only matches up to $1000. They are starting to crack down on the number of lunch meetings we have.
standard benefits really, no 401K match, no SPP, new option grants are typically <5% of your original grant, benefits are decent, but nothing really earth shattering. You do get a pretty solid discount on your cell phone as they have large accounts with the major carriers.
HR - Gotta love it. Food - Great but variable; runs out 2 days/week.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
