Very generous, even for lower levels.

This really needs to be better for maternity leave - we're lagging behind our competitors and it's a competitive disadvantage

Have not used maternity & paternity leave personally. The benefit is mainly beneficial for the primary care giver, otherwise just one week of paid leave.

They only give you what is required by the state in which I live and work, no extra perks here. Paternity leave is only 2 weeks if you are not the "primary" caregiver.

Protiviti's maternity leave is very competitive and the team will work with you to make sure your transition back from leave is as smooth as possible.

The policy is worded that the "primary" caregiver gets 4 weeks of paid leave rather than the "mother" which is more fair.
