Good array of benefits including employee match on 401K. You have to be employed at the end of the year however to receive the 401K match
I feel as if they could do more with health insurance and the 401K. They match 33% up to 6% with the 401K, but it is better than nothing. They truly care about the employees being happy and reinvest quite a bit back into making sure all employees have a great experience
Overall compensation and time off are very generous. Retirement savings matching is a little low, in my opinion.

401k matching requires vested participants to still contribute each pay period to be eligible. No discounts for health and fitness. Company strongly recommends a soft-close period at year end which may limit CTO use.
