Pretty standard benefits package for a professional services company. 401K matching is great. Bonuses are also really good (higher than industry standard from what I understand) but are dependent on overall operating results so even if you hit your target metrics individually, you may not receive your full bonus if the company doesn't meet budget/forecast. Ability to work remotely (from home) depends on the client/project so sometimes it is allowed, but it is definitely on a case by case basis.

The benefits package was wonderful. A great price to employees and you did not have to pay much at the appointments. They also had great options.

We received notice today, that based off of business performance (I'm assuming) our 401(k) match is going to increase for the 2017 calendar year. Annually the match is 33% of the first 6% contributed from base and bonus pay (and that's what we should plan for in 2018); however, for 2017 depending on what employees deposited for the year the match is going up to 45% of the first 6% contributed from base pay and bonus . I am hoping in 2018 we get a health reimbursement account to use for gym, home gym gear, race reimbursement, etc.

Protiviti offers a huge variety of benefits. More options than average.

The 401k match is 33% of 6%. Much lower than industry! It takes 3 years to vest, and employer contributions are added once- after year-end. If you leave before Dec 31, you will get 0% match for that year.
