“Lots of different plan options and no increase in rates for the past several years - solid coverage”
I appreciate the flexible work options. I wish the 401K match was higher and - more importantly - that employees were vested a percentage after completing each year of employment rather than having to wait for 4-5 years to receive the company match. This is the only 401K I've participated in where I wasn't at least partially vested after a year of contributing to my 401K plan.
Lots of options and support
Overall, Protiviti has great benefits that have been a perfect fit for me at my phase of life. The sabbatical program is a huge plus that many employees take advantage of. Additionally they are a hybrid company so there is a good amount of flexibility regarding your work location.

Good overall environment and benefits
Time off is called Choice Time Off. Protiviti gives a good amount of CTO and 1 floating holiday per year. I rarely run into issues with scheduling time off.
Best benefits are - Good health insurance, 401K, life insurance Con is that sick leave and vacation leave are one bank, not separate.
