Benefits are great and competitive
Pretty standard above average benefits package including 401k (with matching), choice time off, HSA (with matching), decent selection of health insurance options.
401K Match is a fraction of a small percent of your base pay.. Whoever said it is 100% of 6% did not read the fine print. However, it does take 3 years to vest. CTO policy is OK but competitors offer more days. Their benefits do need to be revamped in order to prevent turnover.
401k matching is similar to other consulting firms, maternity leave policy is not great - only 4 weeks fully paid with partially paid disability (6 months at competitors). 4 weeks PTO which is slightly less than competitors. Maternity leave and PTO policies definitely need to be revamped.
Flexible work from home policy
the cto time is very less
a lot of package is missing
The 3 weeks of paid time off is fantastic. The health insurance is decent, but most employees use other insurance from what I've noticed. The 401k matching is alright, but not the best.
401k had a 100% match up to 6%. Took 3 years to be vested though. Medical/dental standard.
Time Off is great. really value work life balance and understand. The benefits of healthcare are also very nice.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
