We received notice today, that based off of business performance (I'm assuming) our 401(k) match is going to increase for the 2017 calendar year. Annually the match is 33% of the first 6% contributed from base and bonus pay (and that's what we should plan for in 2018); however, for 2017 depending on what employees deposited for the year the match is going up to 45% of the first 6% contributed from base pay and bonus . I am hoping in 2018 we get a health reimbursement account to use for gym, home gym gear, race reimbursement, etc.

Good time off. Medical is extremely expensive.

Time off is very great compared to competitors, but benefits package/401k is just average.
401k match is dismal. Health insurance is about average. Tons of vacation time, but it very hard to use it all in one year. At least you get to carry some of it over into next year.
