Choice Time Off (CTO) and Paid Holidays
Protiviti provides paid time off for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of Choice Time Off (CTO) received varies based on years of service and employment classification. For example, a new exempt employee receives 20 days of CTO per calendar year. For every 3 years of service, that employee receives an additional 3 days of CTO, up to a maximum of 30 days. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per calendar year.
The PTO days are sufficient but are accrued very slowly over time
3 weeks of paid time off is great. Can be used for sick leave or vacation.

They have 20 days paid vacation days. Plus another 10 days from the national holidays. They do not have any leaves alloted for sick leaves. you have to use from the 20 days of vacation days.
