    Since this is a non-profit organization they have a 403-b instead and I have no complaints with this benefit at all. I found it extremely easy to review and make changes to my portfolio

    They match 50 percent that you put in up to a certain percentage, 3-6 percent based on how long you've been there.

    Once you're vested (5 year mark) it's great! It's still decent prior to but if you plan to work here this is something to look forward to.
