    The heath insurance is a providence health and services PPO type plan. Out of pocket max is about 3500, deductible is about 1500. Everything preventative is free.

    Many doctors don't take Providence insurance. Plus you have to pay for all of your doctor's visits IN FULL prior to hitting your deductible and then it's a co-pay type deal.
