Maternity leave was standard length
Benefits were good but didn't make up for the low wages
They allow you family leave
Very poor for caregiver levels, good for leader levels. One pto bank for caregivers, accrued at 7.5 hours per pay period pto and 2 hours per pay period extended illness time. You have to be with the company for a while to have a full leave covered and it's out of your pto.
I never used it but knew people who did.
I loved the ability to be home after the birth of my baby. They offer a short term disability plan (paid for by St. Joseph) so I received Short Term disability in addition to the State Disability so there was no financial struggles during my job protected leave.
Super flexible. I landed the contract position due to another guy taking time off to be with his wile and newborn.
This leave falls under FMLA act, so you are supposedly protected.
St Joseph's is the best with Human kindness...
Fairly standard plan. Nothing special or bad
