Very poor for caregiver levels, good for leader levels. One pto bank for caregivers, accrued at 7.5 hours per pay period pto and 2 hours per pay period extended illness time. You have to be with the company for a while to have a full leave covered and it's out of your pto.

I loved the ability to be home after the birth of my baby. They offer a short term disability plan (paid for by St. Joseph) so I received Short Term disability in addition to the State Disability so there was no financial struggles during my job protected leave.

Super flexible. I landed the contract position due to another guy taking time off to be with his wile and newborn.
