We offer competitive compensation and benefits including undergraduate tuition disbursement, tuition reimbursement for Master's Degree business programs, Student Loan Paydown Program, medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, paid-time-off, a 401(k) Plan, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan for full-time employees, and a wide array of benefits for part-time employees.
The benefits are great and pretty extensive. There are multiple medical options that can fit your budget and a wellness credit that reduces your payroll deduction. Great paid time off, 401(k) with a match, an employee stock plan and they just started with a student loan paydown program.
The worst thing about the benefits is that if you are younger than 21 years old you will not be able to get use of 401k. If you are part time the health benefits are insanely higher than if you work full time.
The benefits are ok at provident bank. Nothing great to rave about. Pto is about the nest they have to offer
Decent health insurance coverage - doesn’t cost an arm and a leg
Not here nor there about the benefits package. When I need it, I use it. Not a bad benefits package at all.
There were plenty of 401k benefits along with, great educational and personal development training
Nice benefits package, many options and substantial amount provided.. Generous PTO time
The benefits package isn't competitive. They only match 25% of your 6% contribution. The ESOP has a 5 year cliff vesting, and the health insurance options have just progressively declined.
If you're part time you will pay double for health insurance compering with full time
I cannot think of anything bad
