The good: 3 weeks PTO, 1 week sick. Flexible work hours. They pay for my cell phone. Health insurance plan is decent and fully covered. Snacks and drinks available in the kitchen. Sometimes get free lunch or breakfast provided when working on an intense project. Matches Microsoft's holidays. Once a month chair massages. The bad: No short term disability which means no paid maternal leave. (They will give you 365 days off unpaid and you can still get your job back, but 0% of it is paid). WFH policy is not super modern, especially if you have a manager that doesn't buy into the idea. No matching 401k. No overtime pay (which can happen a lot at an agency). Won't cover any transit options - no free or partially paid Orca card.
No matching 401k. Ok health and dental. Sometimes bagels, but plenty of free booze. Free phone plan.
Free fruit and bread. Friday drinks. Basic health care package with a reputable provider. Basic mobile phone plan with free calls to colleagues.
