Pros: Great benefits, 401k and profit sharing. Great people to work with. Cons: Eleven and twelve hour days are not uncommon for managerial positions.
Best: health insurance & 401K with employer match Worst: you get PTO but none your first year there. They want you to be there every single day. It's hard not to miss at least one day in a year. No sick days your first year. They have tuition reimbursement but you have to physically go to a school. No online studies which sucks for me because then I would have to cut back on hours at work.
