health insurance was expensive. PTO was average in the industry. 401k average. I do not recall any special perks.
Health isurance cost A fortune for a family
No paid vacation or paid holidays, only PDO
PTO was accrued at a slightly higher rate however PTO had to be used for 4 holidays: July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and New Year's Day. Memorial Day was not a holiday for Pruitt, and Christmas Day was paid ONLY if it fell on a weekday (so no getting a Friday or Monday off paid if it was on a weekend). PTO also had to be used for sick time (which is standard) and bereavement time. I lost 2 family members relatively close together and near the holidays and was unable to go to the funerals because my PTO had been used to cover the week between Christmas and New Year's that the corporate office was closed.
Outrageous cost to benefit premiums. Plans designed for people to not participate. No payout or use accrued PTO if you resign.
Only has PTO. No holidays. (Christmas only if it lands during a week day, not on the week end). If you quit or are fired, you get none of the PTO you earned. No bereavement days. If you quit or get fired, You have to wait 3 years before you can touch your 401 K .
Health insurance is ridiculously expensive.
It is helpful for me to afford.
No paid holidays. Health insurance is very expensive for a company of this size.
Nothing was good. Run as quickly as you can and do not turn back. They will hire anyone and fire you in a minute
