It is not the greatest
It is not fair to accumulate the hours and then turn in your request for time off only to be told you can not take the time off at the time you requested but to reschedule your time off due to short on staff coverage.
They need to offer more paid holiday pay
PTO adds up really well because you arent allowed you use it the 1st three months i believe.
The PTO was very reasonable, allowed for plenty of time to take time off.
You gain vacation fast and you have time off when needed
Thanks for taking the decision to use PTO out of management hands, they were abusing it to control. However, hourly employees suffer the most. Have to use PTO for holidays. Thought this was a family company. NOT!!!!÷
