All inclusive with health benefits
Health insurance is insanely expensive for the employee. It was 4x more than my previous employer.
Being that I was a employee that didn't own the property and any of the facilities I wasn't offered benefits until that happened.
Waiting period for benefits (60 days for health coverage, 1 year for 401k match), 10 vacation days and 3 sick days
401k and the health and dental insurance benefit is great, different options. We also get life insurance.
They changed my health benefits package from an HSA to an HRA, effectively stealing $3000 from me in the process.
Best there are 4 packages to to choose from, fair prices great coverage pet insurance.
They offer a variety of Health benefit plans at different price points, as well as other competitive benefits for dental, 401k, life, etc.
They are horrid they don’t take care of their employees at all everyone’s disposable at every level and they don’t care about you they constantly undermine and take from agents or promise internal advancements but never deliver I speak from personal experience aswell as several coworkers that at the time experienced the same run around bs telling them what they want to hear but doing the opposite
Not good compared to others
