They have 401k plan, medical, dental, & vision benefits after your probation period is up I believe the standard is 60-90 days. Paid Time Off, Paid Time Illness, Jury Duty, & Bereavements. The only thing good about this company is their benefits the pay sucks, and overall job duties are not worth what they pay starting off.

This job has perks and down falls. Don't come here if you want to make lots of money

Paid time off and paid time illness programs are decent, but I did not elect to receive health care because the company doesn't pay a very high wage as it is, so taking the health and dental benefits would only further burden me financially.

The benefits package started after sixty days of employment. There is an easy to access website for benefits.

For the employees that are DM level and above then it is totally worth the benefits package. At store front level they cost more than we can afford for medical. They do match on 401K

Public Storage's benefits are pretty good. The employer contributes $1,000 to an HSA on a yearly basis.
