Great benefits just the medical went up and the deductible sucks
Lots of health and dental insurance options, accidental and life insurance covered by the company, 401K matching after 1 year. Corporate, salary employees do not get sick pay, but do have PTO.

The perks of working at public storage is the work environment, it's really great. Another perk is getting the paid time about 3 hrs every check. The only non perk is not being able to be promoted after property manager.

Expensive Insurance, 401K plan is a joke.
Once eligible for employer match it is per pay period. A lot of companies post at year end for active employees at the time of posting.
Premiums go up, only offered three paid holidays and no floating holiday. No sick time, just PTO hours used for both vacation and sick. Need to invest more in staff
