    If you don't enroll in the benefits on the date they say you can, then you have to wait another year. You don't make enough money to pay into these benefits. And they raise your portion every year.

    Once eligible, the 401k employer match is each pay period rather than waiting until year end like some companies. Wide variety of medical plans offered based on individual needs but a bit pricey to cover dependents.
