Great healthcare plan which can cover your whole family. They also have 401K which is great for saving.
Once eligible, the 401k employer match is each pay period rather than waiting until year end like some companies. Wide variety of medical plans offered based on individual needs but a bit pricey to cover dependents.
The best thing is, they do have one. The worst thing is that it is very expensive to pay for and to use.
