Paid time off and paid time illness programs are decent, but I did not elect to receive health care because the company doesn't pay a very high wage as it is, so taking the health and dental benefits would only further burden me financially.
For the employees that are DM level and above then it is totally worth the benefits package. At store front level they cost more than we can afford for medical. They do match on 401K
