The Basic PPO health care plan caled "CORE" comes with a prepaid prescription card which covers a majority of the prescription costs for my spouse and I for the year.
Comprehensive benefits package & reasonable rates. THE ONE GLARING EXCEPTION: PTO. Although it's included in the benefits package, PTO [paid time off] is demoted to a bidding frenzy for all call center employees. Last year I got less than 3 PTO days. You are denied and denied over and over and over again. Feeling "BURNT-OUT" without any reasonable chance of relief is common. If you are interested in work/balance - stay far...far away. In addition, employees "ARE NOT" given a discount on packing supplies - you pay the same rate as everyone else...
Benefits are expensive. Not really worth the price for what you are getting. At least they offer a full range

PPO, HMO, PTO & VTO options are available. Vacation and sick leave time are accrued - Be aware that sick leave time is EXTREMELY limited.

Health insurance is insanely expensive for the employee. It was 4x more than my previous employer.
