It probably depends on the team and account you're on, but the unlimited PTO has truly been flexible and generous. I haven't felt like I can't take time off when I need to, and when you're on PTO, you're not expected to check email or do any work, which is modeled by leadership, who set the tone there. Company holidays are also generous, including Veterans Day, the Friday before Labor Day and Labor Day, Juneteenth, etc.
Health insurance, unlimited PTO, 401k matching
pretty comprehensive benefits and good vacation policy and good company culture
Overall great benefits - including maternity leave

Hello folks, I am new to fishbowl and recently got an offer from Publicis Sapient for a senior associate. They are offering $136k with unlimited pto benefits. As I am from the industry and haven't heard about this company before, I would like some comments or thoughts about working for this company? How do they invest in their employees (like pay raise, promotions, etc)?

Decent benefits overall for employees
The company provides decent health benefits although lacks in dental as the insurance didn’t cover most procedures so I had to pay out of pocket quite a bit. There are options for an HSA account and unlimited PTO.
flexible, flexible PTO, pay is just ok (better out there)
Unlimited PTO right from day one is a great way to get the peace of mind you need. 401K vesting is aimed at rewarding longer tenure.
Great organization with work life balance.
Unlimited PTO, great healthcare coverage with high buy-up options in Life Insurance and AD&D.
